Current research in the field of applied leadership points out that for leadership skills to take hold and become part of the fabric of an organization, it is critical that the primary source of development come internally — from experienced leaders understanding how to develop leadership skills in emerging leaders.

When the sources of leadership development are from external sources alone, a tipping point is missed.  Our approach is to provide leaders with the skills to translate their leadership experiences,  their organization's strategic focus, and its guiding principles into a source of learning that strengthens the entire leadership pipeline.
